This page is dedicated to one of the most underrepresented synth bands of the 80s, Glass Museum.
Glass Museum started out as a two piece outfit consisting of Walter Mets and Andy Gold in 1981. They recorded their first single in 1982, year which also saw the pair of them move to London where young actor James Clyed joined them as singer.
Three more singles, a tour with Simple Minds and an LP followed suit before the band vanished completely only to resurface 23 later here on myspace.
The scarce info available has mainly been taken from a German press sheet of Intercord dating from March 1984 (below) which however omits the existence of 1982's "Going towards pleasure" single.
