About Me

Where to start, I have a great partner named Sarah and a wonderful daughter Mhari both of whom I love dearly. I'm also in a punk/oi band from Edinburgh called The One Oclock Guns http://www.myspace.com/theoneoclockgunz who were thrown together about a year ago . There are 4 of us in this outfit.... Coll on guitar, Deekz on bass, Guv on drums and me Big Andy on vocals.It all started out as a bit of a laugh messing about with a few covers but we have since written a few of our own wee ditties. So if you like a good night out and a bit of a carry on.... come and check us out. If you want to catch the ska side of me then come & see This R 2 Tone where I do my bit as my hero of old Buster Bloodvessell or on the right night doing a turn with my old band & friends Bombskare whom I spent many good years fronting and for now I have taken over the front slot with Edinburgh ska band The Harringtons.....keep the faith!

My Interests

Drink, women, good company, loud music and having a right good larf, mabe not in that order anymore !

I'd like to meet:

Glad to say I have met most of my heroes over the years , would still like to meet Madness tho. Also anyone willing enough to have a laugh and enjoy themselves. typ

Music:

Ska,punk,oi!,northern soul,heavy rock,reggae,rockabilly about covers it.

Movies:

This Is England at the momment,Quadraphenia, Snatch, Lock Stock, all Star Wars n Star Trek movies, Spiderman 2 and Batman Begins and loads of other nonsense.

Television:

The Simpsons, Still Game are my faves.

Books:

Not a big reader but read Scootering magazine religiously.

Heroes:

For me its Bad Manners,Madness,The Beat,The Specials,The Selecter,Spunge,Prince Buster, Laurel Aitken, The Sex Pistals, The Cockney Rejects, S.L.F.,Anti Nowhere League,The Jam, Johny Cash and many many others.Oh also Danger Mouse and Darth Vader when I was a kid.

GALA GIG !

Skaville uk in Nitten !!!!!!!!!!!!

We kicked off the proceedings at the Morris Club to a lively crowd. Our set went down well and so did the ale.Its a big venue a hard one to fill with it only being just over quarter full on the night....
