About Me

"Bluegrass is pretty simple--you just got to hit the high notes and put some blues in it and you got bluegrass. But not everyone can do it" -- Bill MonroeIt started in Wickenburg, AZ. Jeff and Bill played together for the first time standing in the dust of the parking lot and the sound just "clicked". Cool...now we needed to find a 5-string banjo player if we're going to have a bluegrass band. God was smiling upon HEADLINE as Tyler stepped up and showed why he'll be one of the top banjo pickers in the Southwest for years to come. After the long, arduous task of finding an upright bass player, good 'ol Nathan joined the band to round out the sound. We're HEADLINE Bluegrass Band--dedicated to making Bluegrass music known, loved, and appreciated in AZ
