The origin. Pookie is an interesting, one eyed cat who belongs to our friend Johnny. The term 'pookies chocolate nose' was coined by johnny sometime around 1999/2000, as the cats nose was of interest to Johnny at that time.The label has long been talked of, but has only come to fruition this year (2007). Our main aim is to expose raw musical talent, and to put the small town of Dumfries on the techno map.
