About Me

Im a Partner in a home/bus restoration company. And Im a Sales/Marketing Rep for a brand new Resort & Marina we are getting ready to build in the Carribean. It will have Ocean front Condos and Villas to purchase wether it be for investment/Second home, vacation property, Retirement living, or to lease out .. There will be a 5 star Hotel as well as a Casino on the property. A Championship 18 hole golf course. This all sits on 640 acres. The exchange rate to the dollar is 2-1 and the tax advantages are great. The govt will allow all owners to bring there automobiles,Boats, personal belongings such as furniture etc without paying taxes. Taxes on the property are around a $100.00 per month. If youd like to know or see more please send me a message. I came down after Katrina. Ive allready purchased a home down here a 3 bdrm 2 ba for 22K and totally renovated it. Now im bored and looking for a huge one about 5000 sq ft. On the water would be nice The bar room is next. I entertain, cook,. BBQ .Love to fish just not enough time I love it down here.Should have moved here a long time ago. Have traveled extensivelly across the USA and been to Europe. Never been on a cruise thou. I watch the shows on tv and love food.Have to buy a new smoker. Allready made some good friends down here.Had a great 4th of July party. had about 18 people over did 40 lbs of ribs, some chicken snackies, white wine etc. Have great neighbors! wish to know more just ask.
