Jeannette Katt began in the working class suburbs of Southern California called the Inland Empire.She was plucked from her grandmother's garage and signed to Peer Music Los Angeles as a songwriter.
After one of her demos ended up in the soundtrack "Fathers and Sons", a bidding war ensued and she signed with A&M records and released one album, "Pink Mischief".
After A&M she became Jeannette of The Chubbies (www.myspace.com/thechubbies) on the infamous Sympathy For The Record Industry label run by the even more infamous "Long Gone John".
She flourished there and toured all over the world. In all, she released 25 titles under the monicker The Chubbies.Her latest project is "A Brokeheart Pro" (www.myspace.com/abrokeheartpro) and the new album, "The Kitten Next Door" is available on iTunes.com.
