About Me

I just closed on my 2nd property in the Dominical area. My little brother Leif invested in this property with me. (view of sunset from our property above!) My other lil' bro is also coming here in 2 weeks to buy into Porton Del Cielo (on left) (my little brothers, me and my son...soaking up the warm waters of Dominical) I told them 5 years from now, they will be thanking me for leading them into the best investment of thier lives! It's going to be a family thing. : ) Hola, Ian's the name and I have been living in Dominical Costa Rica four years now, and have been coming here since 1999. (see blog for full story) I'm using this page to let people in on the 'secret'. After seeing my waterfall property near the beach triple in the last few years and seeing so many incredible investment opportunities here, I thought I'd make a profile to share some of this info with others. This is also a great way to network with other realtors and to give someone outside of this area an idea as to what all the excitment is about. (sunset, Playa Dominical)I live in the town of Dominical, on the SouthWest Pacific coast. It's absolutely beautiful here...as close to Hawaii as you can get. Dramatic, lush green mountains come right up to greet the warm Pacific waters. Waterfalls cascading around you, everywhere you go..toucans, monkeys and sloths watching from the trees above. This area of Costa Rica was just named as one of the most bio-diverse place on the planet by National Geographic. I could go on and on about this very special slice of paradise..but I don't have room here to even begin. So, I'll start with some pictures/descriptions of some exciting new listings that we've recieved lately and updates on some of the bigger news. (early morning, Playa Dominical) I will be updating this site with new listings in the area and news on the HUGE amount of future infastructure that will put in over the coming years, including Costa Rica's third International airport, the completion of the highway between Manual Antonio/Dominical and 2 major marinas within the area! ****Paradise Brokers is behind the FIRST 18 HOLE GOLF COURSE in SW Costa Rica, going in about 30 minutes south of Dominical.
