Daniele Mengotti

I was born in Trieste (Italy) in 1980. I started playing acoustic guitar in 1993. More or less one year later I was going to buy my first electric guitar but, since there were too many guitarists and no bassists around, I choosed to buy a bass and I became a bass player. I played bass, guitar and sometimes sang in some bands, going from soft rock to extreme metal, until 2001. After this I found a job in Trieste while I was trying to study cinema at the university of a town 300 km far away. So no time for musical projects. Only recently I approached again music in an active way. First writing songs with my acoustic guitar, then in september 2007 I started creating electronic music. Since march 2008 I'm training to improve my technique in djing. I'm also collecting vinyls for this porpouse, they are never enough! I speak portuguese and spanish as well, so you can write me in those languages with no problem ;-) Dani
