With more than 15 years experience as a professional dancer (performing in musicals such as "The Lion King"), Gloria Sommer now faces the daily challenge of balancing family, a career in sports nutrition, fitness modeling and leading a fitness lifestyle. For Gloria, staying in shape and extolling athe benefits of exercise and nutrition are her passion. As a career woman, wife and mother of two, it's a wonder how she manages to do it all! Time management is key, she say. She eats five nutritionally balanced meals daily. Her workout includes cardiovascular training 3-4 days, weight training 3 days and 2 yoga or dance classes per week. "Living a healthy and fit lifestyle is extremely important to me," she says. "It translates into a higher level of energy, happiness and overall well-being.
