About Me

Seize Her Salad.......... a story told many a year ago and still well known today! 4 warriors of the world called upon from the 4 corners of the earth! Each bring the best of his abilities to the table to defend Metal! 2 Blinding Guitars,Booming Bass of Doom,Banging Drums of Destruction!But actually!formed up a while ago... 2006. We are just a bunch of cool, strange guys (more strange than cool) that decided after playing Guitar Hero for so long to start a band so we can play some actual instruments together. After we spent one hell of a time trying to find a name we accidently came up with Seize Her Salad.

We have, atleast 2 albums written. We hope to practice them more and maybe have some songs up soon. So keep your pants on, dont get your panties in a bunch, and all that jazz! (I mean ROCK!)
