Formed in 2005 and currently residing in Los Angeles, Sinicle (cynical) is a hard rock band in the style of Black Sabbath, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Led Zeppelin.Sinicle started in Reno, NV as the brain child of guitarist Andrew Zaragoza and bassist Justin Miller. The two met in middle school and soon recruited James Gepner on drums while Zaragoza and Miller held vocal duties. Sinicle started playing as something to do on the weekends instead of getting caught up in the streets. Every Friday kids from all over would come down to Andrews basement to watch the band perform and have a good time. One time they almost got evicted, not because of their loud and crazy behavior but because Andrews parents were so behind on rent. The band threw a house rent party and raised more than enough to keep the house. Sinicle recorded a Demo with the money left over and those songs are still being played on Reno NV radio station KRZQ. They continued their success and won the 2006 Washoe County Battle of the Bands. In 2008, they appointed Marcus Lugo as lead vocalist and front man.Sinicle recently relocated to Los Angeles, California where Justin and Andrew attend The Musicians Institute and are working on their AA in performance.
