Date & birthplace: 24/08/1972 Rome. -I was neither born nor grown up in a “musical†family but one day when I was 9 a nylon-strings-guitar was given to me... amazing! My older brother had the better on me and started his composing as soon as he learned the first steps. - I felt I had somehing to say too, but I needed to say it louder... MUCH LOUDER!!! - While beating on every surface, toydrums and pots I convinced my parents to help me in buying a real drumset. - Growing up in Ostia Antica (25 mins away from Rome) didn’t offer many possibilities to a forming drummer but I’ve always been playing, studying and practicing as much as I could... for my own pleasure! -Thanks to Francesco Canturi, Derek J. Wilson and Piero Monterisi I learned those important things a hobby-drummer has to. -I’m an autodidact with love for drums, drumming and music. Rock, Pop, Funk, Blues, R’n’B, Reggae, Afro, Hip Hop, are the styles I feel I can manage.
