Music is a transcendental experience. All living things have a vibration, a rhythm that is expressed and outflows constantly. From sub atomic particles to the biggest of planets, all things create music. Allow the sounds to help you find a relaxed state of mind, something that is a change of pace. We spend so much of our day playing the part of who the world tells us to be. We respond to our senses, hunger, emotions, expectations of others, our distortions of reality lead us into a pattern that never reveals what is really going on outside our perceptions of right and wrong, of life itself. It is true that most of our day is spent revealing our true nature, responsiveness. Even if we must respond let us respond with creativity, with choice and intentionality. Our mind is made up of finely tuned conditioned experience, collected over time from our surroundings. From our diets, to our spiritual heritage, we are born into a world where all models of reality are impressed on us. We always indulge in our thoughts, emotions with very little awareness or control. And this stops us from experiencing the only thing that matters.. this moment.. now. Just as we clean the space we live in, let us clean the mind that controls the environment in which we live. Lets stop collecting information and responses from outside of ourselves and listen to what is going on inside. For beyond beliefs set on conditioned UNLESS, for the unforgiving and unaccepting is a deeper truth that connects, binds and permeates us all. It moves with you, with the earth, within the air. It is the essence of all life, it is one. Your life is an occasion, rise to it.
