About Me

Liz Babbs (MEd) is an award-winning author, performer, broadcaster and spiritual mentor. She has 9 books and 3 Christian Meditation CDs published and writes on health, self-help and spirituality. Many of her books have been translated into other languages. She has been described as 'an expert in relaxation and meditation' and has led sessions at major conferences, as well as on radio and TV. She also works with musicians 'live' in concert combining the spoken word, poetry and meditation with music and has performed 'The Celtic Heart' her bestselling gift book and CD at the Edinburgh Fringe with flautist Simeon Wood. Liz's new CD 'Immerse' draws on material from here award-winning meditation book 'Into God's Presence' (Zondervan 2005) and marks a new collaboration as an artist with top Kingsway worship leaders Sue Rinaldi, Geraldine Latty and Lou Fellingham.
