Elevating from the Western suburbs of Victoria, Howdy is a perfect example of the amazing undiscovered talent Australia's underground has yet to offer. Influenced by artists like Mike Shinoda (Fort Minor/ Linkin Park) & B-Real (Cypress Hill), Howdy's distinctive energetic flow laced with a unique blend of diverse beats has earned him not only the respect of Hip Hop fans, but also fans from all worlds of genres included. This isn’t all that surprising considering throughout his teen years, Howdy alternated in various Rock/Rap bands as a Guitarist/Vocalist & dedicated all of his spare time to expanding himself as a serious musician. In 2004, Howdy teamed up with artists Nemesis and D’gen to form a hip hop group known as Kawcayshan, which not long after was followed up by their 1st album entitled “In the name of what we are”, produced by Gzu-Tek of rawlab united productions. Shortly after, Howdy composed a demo CD and has since completed his 1st debut solo album entitled ‘Still Standing’ featuring upcoming artists from Australia & U.S.A, which has already sold over 100 units in the first month of its release. Howdy is currently working with Bean Dip Clothing & Sunny Boy music on an up and coming mixtape/LP which is expected to be released in the next couple of months. Also, Howdy has begun planning a solo mixtape consisting of rock/rap, expected to be released later this year.
