Les Incompétents no longer exist I'm afraid...

Oi, what are you doing in my trampoline?

About Me

Les Incomptents existed from some time in 2004 to some time in 2006. Although during their career they managed only two limited edition singles (in 2005 the coming of age classic 'Reunion' and in 2006 bona fide hit 'How It All Went Wrong'), they seemed to do enough to turn London's flagging music scene completely on it's head, before splitting up on the eve of a major album deal. To buy their posthumous collection of everything they ever recorded ('End Of An Error 2004-2006') click HERE

To find out what the various members of the band are now up to, feel free to e-mail Phil: [email protected]

Sounds Like: 'Les Incompétents are a band of battered genius. We say "The most entertaining band in London". All you can do is argue with us' - drownedinsound.com

'If they'd been around a little over twenty years ago we're convinced they'd have appeared on The Young Ones. Fun on a fun-shaped candyfloss pogo stick.' - playlouder.co.uk

'Enough enthusiasm to power the dynamo at the national grid. A beautiful mess.' - joyzine.co.uk

'Their rough around the edges punk has a disciplined core, and time changes and tweaky guitar bursts replenish the noise whenever repetition sets in. We like them. A lot - NME

'Live music has never been so fun, theatrical, and good-looking. Les Incompétents are the future.' - Artrocker

'Les Incompetents are not really a band, more a bunch of wankers who prance around on stage for their own amusement.' - Artrocker
