About Me

Opher Linden is my name, and a life-long devotion to the study of music is my game. My vehicle of choice is a Martin D42, upon which i pluck with a plectrum or my naked fingers. When i was but a wee lad - 'twas my rock heros (Clapton and Page) what made me want to delve deeper and discover the roots of Rock. This is how i got to the likes of Blind Boy Fuller and John Renbourn. Having arrived, i chose to stay and drown myself in the mystical realm of the acoustic guitar. Oh Joy of Joys.I spend my days teaching the art of guitar-playing to the young and worrying about my pension. In between i try to study, compose, play and construct a traditional clay oven in which to bake my sourdough breads. Life is never dull. One must do whatever one can. Peace y'all.
