Mixtape TV is looking for the hottest high school emcee in
Jacksonville. Do you have what it takes to be crowned the best in the
city? We'll be profiling the best in the city on the show and then
we'll allow the people to vote for the best up and coming star. We'll
be putting the winner in the studio to record a solo track to be
featured on the next volume of Tha Duval Mixtape. You must provide
proof of high school enrollment to be eligible. Look below for
