I was born in El Cajon, California. I went to Granite Hilss High SChool near San Diego, CA. I began racing at the age of five on 50cc motorcycles and haven't stopped since.Today I am professional NASCAR driver. My rookie season with NASCAR was back in 2002 when I finished fifth in points that season. In 2003 I finished 2nd in points behind my good buddy Matt Kenseth. The 2004 season I finished second again this time behind Kurt Busch. I finished fifth in points in the 2005 season, but came back to win the Championship in 2006. I have never finished below 5th in points since I began with NASCAR back in 2002.I finished the highest of any rookie in points in 2002. I won the All-Star Challenge in 2003. And I became the 8th driver to ever win a Career Grand SLam when I won at Talladega in 2006. And the winning continues....
