About The Flying Bats
We are Sydney's best known lesbian football (aka soccer) club run by women for women.
Our ethos is to have fun playing football and meet for a few drinks down at The Golden Barley in Enmore !

Our Club contains a wide and varied membership with players ranging in age from 18 to.... well, that would be telling! While we are primarily a lesbian Club, we welcome ALL women to assist in the promotion of women’s soccer.
A significant proportion of our 80+ players and multitude of supporters live in the Inner Western Suburbs of Sydney and the rest cover a wide area.
The Flying Bats are serious about Soccer but were also serious about having fun. Were a very social club and are always out and about... Painting the town red and blue (our team colours). We have a committee member who is dedicated to arranging our Club social events, committed to promoting and supporting new friendships and networking.
The club also hosts a weekend away at the end of each season as well as an end of season party both which contribute to strengthening the bond between team mates.
Want to play? Or just want to sus out what's going on? For information on social events and all things Batty, subscribe to The Flying Bats Mailing List . You don't need to be a player to join.
