Well lets see...I'm 21 years old, and I've recently realized that I love being alive...life has been going through a of changes for me over the last year and a half...and I think I've finally realized what I want out of life. I realized that I can stop being stuck in the past...and wondering why things turned out the way they did, and actually be happy that the past happened, and be thankful for how things did turn out...I'm at a great point in my life right now, just about everything is working out for me(with the exception of the court system...lol) I love the people that I'm living with...it's great living with a bunch of hippies like myself, that share the same outlook on life as I do.I think one of my biggest regrets in life is not being born 30 years sooner, I would have liked nothing more than to have been around in the 60's and 70's, have lived through the summer of love, gone on Dead tour, and actually seen that at one time, there was peace and love in the world...at least in much greater quantities than there is now...I'd really like to find someone that has the same interests as me...both musically and in general, with the same type of outlook on life, but it's starting to look as if there aren't many people like myself anymore...If there were, I suppose the world wouldnt be in the chaos that it's in right now...Only when the power of love overcomes the love of power will the world know peace...if only people could understand that a little bit better...

My Interests

Trees are one of my biggest passions in life...I climb trees professionally...I'm currently in training to get my ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) certification. I also plan on going through some courses to learn how to treat them for diseases...some people think its going to offend me if they call me a tree hugger?...I thank them...lol...I'm really into cars, when I was growing up my dad built custom hot rods for a living, so I've been around it my whole life basically. My dad and I have an '87 Chevy Monte Carlo SS that we've been building together for about 4 years now, and I think it's safe to say that it'll stomp about anything around here...lol...Pontiac TransAm's have always been my favorites...sometime in the next couple of years I hope to be able to buy an LS1 TransAm...and build it to about 550 "street legal" horsepower...also in the spring I'm hoping to buy a 97 or 98 Chevy pickup truck for work...

I'd like to meet:

A lot of the people I'd like to meet aren't even alive anymore unfortunately. Jerry Garcia, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison...mainly a lot of musicians. As far as living people, I'd give just about anything to meet Pink Floyd, or the surviving members of the Grateful Dead, The Chili Peppers..could go on and on though I suppose...

Music:

I like a lot of different styles of music...Some of my favorites are The Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton (and his many bands), The Rolling Stones, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Jefferson Airplane, The Smashing Pumpkins, Queens of the Stone Age, Alice In Chains, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Acid Bath, Agents of Oblivion, Deadboy and the Elephantman...pretty much everything Dax Riggs was ever involved in...I'm also into some heavier style stuff...such as Pantera, Metallica, some Slayer...a little bit of death and black metal here and there...and I'm also somewhat into the whole rave scene...I like a lot of drum and bass, hardcore, and some house...

Movies:

My favorite movie is probably Scarface, because it's one of the greatest movies ever made. Blow is another good one, the Star Wars movies, the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I'm into a lot of cheesy action movies and old horror movies. I also like Rude Awakening a lot...Flashback, all the Cheech and Chong movies...Monty Python and the Holy Grail...which is one of the funniest movies ever made...Space Balls..And if you're in the right "state of mind" there are a lot of Disney movies that can be pretty awesome as well...lol...Another one of my favorites is Pink Floyd "The Wall"...I find it amazing how they tell the whole story through just the music...

Television:

My favorites would have to be That 70's Show, South Park, Family Guy, The Simpsons, Futurama...I also watch a lot of different car shows like Overhaulin', Hot Rod TV...a bunch of other ones...

Books:

I read a lot of Stephen King books. My favorites are probably all the Dark Tower series, as well as The Stand, Desperation, The Regulators...and a ton of others, I've read damn near all of 'em. I also love the Lord of the Rings books, and I just got done with the Harry Potter series, which was really good.

Heroes:

That's kinda hard to say...I guess I'd have to go with a lot of musicians though really. Not so much the newer ones, but the ones from back in the day that actually conveyed a message in their songs. Music anymore is all the same for the most part...it used to be that if there was something fucked up going on in the world, they wrote about it, and actually helped to make a change in whatever it was they were writing about. People don't do that anymore...all part of the whole cookie cutter conformist world though I guess...I look up a lot to the revolutionaries that were so prominent through the 60's...those were people that actually stood up for what they believed in...people just dont do that anymore. They accept the world for what it is, and go on with their everyday lives...im not willing to accept that...I realize that this world used to be a much better place, and that were destroying little by little, one day at a time...and I cant bear the though of just sitting down and accepting that...
