Living life for all it's worth without hurting others while doing so.
I'm not here to get a date, been their done that. I am looking for people who like good music, the outdoors, gardening, sun bathing, fishing, drinking beer!, weekends, big dogs, snow days, good Mexican food, hot wings and BEER, staying up late and getting up early (if possible). I have found that honesty is always the best policy, regardless of how much it may hurt at the time. I have learned the hard way, that if you believe in nothing, you WILL fall for anything. The people I want to meet? I want to meet people who are not afraid to live, not because they have no fear, but rather they understand what to be afraid of. People who know their place in time and strive to make the best of it. People who love with their hearts and think with their heads...People that are proud of who they are, not because the were told to be proud, but rather they have a life to be proud of. I do not like people who think the world revolves around them...Not at all.
I don't really care for today's rock music all that much, maybe I'm just getting old or something, I like today's new country music, it sounds like old rock to me. I do not like hip hop or rap, but then again I don't have to. I like songs that tell a story without having to use the (f) word. I do think that music is our common ground regardless of our tastes and that is a good thing in a world that seems to be trying to rip us apart at every turn.

Heroes, what an over used word. I never met my heroes. I have never seen there faces or had a chance to thank them...But I will never forget them. I still believe in America and those who died to keep it free!!! When I'm Gone (Millitary)
