pulling off the freeway on my way home one evening...i happened upon one of thoes ever -present homeless people that that decorate our freeway off-ramps. working the spare change angle...this paticula...

you set up a set of checks and balances,making it possible to make it through the day...
when one is removed it must allways be replaced...for lack of a better term,by the lesser evil.an image,a narc...
