The year is 1996 and 5 highschool boys starts to define the term emo in a basement-rehursal-room in Oskarshamn, Sweden. Still eating homecooked food from mam and sleeping like babies in their boysrooms, nothing can stop them. A record-deal with "dayglo records" is formed after the first demo at the spring of 1997, and in the summer that year an Ep is recorded in Stockholm, titled "pop alley sounds".
The respons is good, but Misprint are ahead of their time. The sound changes til the album that is recorded on an island outside of Gothenburg in the summer of 1998, with the former american producer of Manowar. - This record is the definition of emo. Misprint is touring til spring 2000, when they suddenly quit at the point of their brake-through, leaving some unreleased masterpieces behind.
