Wild Dove is a prominent name in the Hunter Valley music scene, respected for presenting professional shows and supporting some great names including Jean Stafford, Jimmy Little, Daniel O’Donnell, and Joanne Cash-Yates (Johnny Cash’s younger sister) to name just a few.
Thirteen years down the track, Wild Dove still guarantees exciting and unique shows and gigs, and are always joined by their loyal and supportive following.
With Angela, or Donella on main vocals, Peg on keys and Sue on bass guitar, along with their beautiful 3 part harmony, you are assured of only the best quality of entertainment for your musical taste.
We also frequently play as a 4 piece band. On Thursday Nights, Sue plays the Drums and Bow Rogers comes in on Bass Guitar. Friday Nights, Sue goes back to Bass Guitar and Griff Beale (Little Rock Billy) comes in on Drums.
Every night is different, but always a good time is had at our Wild Dove gigs and shows!

Stan was a popular Tamworth - based entertainer, recording artists, and a regular radio announcer on 2YOU FM, known all around the district as "The Bear".

Stan died following complications from open heart surgery at the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle on 30th December 2008. His funeral was on Monday 7th January in Tamworth.

There was a "Celebration of his Life" concert in memory of Stan on the 17th January 2008 at West Tamworth Bowling Club, and was well attended by fans and friends.

Lyn was a NSW Central Coast Television, Radio Announcer, Recording and Touring Artist. She was also the current President and founding member of the Central Coast Country Music Association.

Sadly, Lyn lost her battle with cancer on the 1st January 2008. Her funeral was on Monday 7th January at McKay's Crematorium, and was attended by a huge crowd, all there to pay their respects to a lovely lady.

What?? We girls can dream, can't we? :)... Anyway...

Wild Dove is primarily a country dance band. Our music though, can be as versatile as most venues would require.

We specialise in Weddings and also regularly put on Country Music Shows highlighting some of the bigger Independent Country Music Artists in Australia.

We love Dolly Parton, and Donella does a fantastic Tribute to Dolly, so we thought we would add Dolly's Banner to her latest album...check it out!!
