Tadiman ( Tadej Tratnik ) born 09.02.1979 in Maribor , Slovenija. Musician (lead vocal,back vocals,guitar,bass,drums,conga ,djembe,percousion,keys...) Song writer & composer , reggae producer and for more than 11 years author of reggae show "Jah meka man" on Radio Mars.He started learning blues guitar with his uncle Samo at age of 9 and made his first club performence at age of 14 ( band called Libido opening concert for Lacni franz on Stuk ) In the years to come Tadiman was writeing his songs and learning different stiles of music on different instruments (reggae,rock,afro,jazz,latin,balkan).Learning pecousions at Nino Mureskic and particepating on workshops of jazz & world music legends like Reggie Workman , Hakim Ludin , Carlo Ritco , Kevin Johnes , Will Calhoun , Doug Wimbish , Junko Arita , Guru Suresh Talwalker gived a special dimention to his traditional reggae stile. Singing , playing instruments & recording with different bands and projects like Siti hlapci , Trkaj , D.J Markoman , Splinter , Domen Kumer , Jernej Mazgon , Richie Ramsay , Jah Grund , Dub system , Rochonochena , Electric Boogie , D.J Deepe , Afir Bafir , Funky dread , Makako jump , Jazz band Trubadur , Ansasa , Jahscool sound , solo drum gigs..even joining Mad profesors band Sane Inmates on percosiuns in Ljubljana. In the last 10 years Tadiman is writeing music , words , produceing and directing his modern roots reggae band SITI HLAPCI. Tadiman and the crew are since 1998 Slovenijas only sirious reggae artists playing and presenting the music on all kinds of music events in Slovenija , Italy , Hungary , Croatia and Austria. Most happy to share the evenings with stars like Israel Vibration , Mad profesor , Julian Marley & the upriseing band , Culture , Macka B and royal roots band,.. on live reggae shows. In the year 2003 he was visiting his friend Richie R. in Ocho rios and spending a blessed month in Jamaica checkin out the places , studios .. With Siti hlapci ,Tadiman performed his tunes on more than 200 solo club concerts and visiting festivals like Rototom Sun splash , Siget festival , Soca river splash , Reggae in Istria , Lent festival , Borstnikovo srecanje , Reggaeneracija , Ne cakaj na maj , Flatus , Etnika , Born to be wild ... Reciveing the " best live show " award Zarjavela trobenta on Studentske trznice in Ljubljana and winning V.O.I.C.E ( contest for Rototom in Nova Gorica) Tadiman is a big fan of reggae soundsystem culture , always ready to share his musical energy for creative show and musical combinations. This Slovenian artist has for more than 10 albums of his own musical material (words & music) but is also composing for different artists . Relised are only two albums with Siti hlapci ( Tukaj in zdaj 2003 and Si ti hlapec 2005 ) Most of the material (unrelised) is in english , and you can hear it on Siti hlapci & Tadiman live shows!!NOW THATS ME JAMMIN ON DRUMS ( Bateria ) WITH MUSICIANS FROM SPAIN !!!
