Fingers down the throat of love

Watch out SF...I'm arriving on Tuesday!!!

About Me

Yes...my name IS Pandora... A storm in the form of a girl. Jokes about my "box" not considered clever...Ravenous,tactile, consumed, sensual, extatic, lost, tired, escape artist, dance floor fanatic, lush, DJ, entomology enthusiast, makeout queen...I fall down a lot... I have a great thirst, both for booze, and for decadent experience and enjoyment of life. Mostly because I am so completely dogged by an unshakable sadness. That said, I'll kick your ass at karaoke.

My Interests

Highly inappropriate jokes, bugs, scabs, scars, medical anomalies, good food, long deep kisses that rob you of breath and make your hair stand on end, champagne, whiskey, music, film, natural history museums, the underside of a small breast, genetics, vinyl (records, not clothes), dancing at shows, sumptuously smooth skin, broken glass, stop motion animation, dolls, true crime stories (of the murder variety) knives and other sharp objects, the way a person's face looks while having a bloody nose, letters (the kind that you actually get in the mail), defenestration, the neck just below the ear, intertwined legs, the edges of cliffs, pomegranates, adventure days, chandelier crystals, skeleton keys, glitter sidewalk, picnics, thunderstorms...the list goes on...

I'd like to meet:

Um...can you "save" me? Everyone I thought I wanted to meet seems to be dead. Bukowski? Johnny Cash? The list is too long, but anyway, I guess I'd settle for: Anyone who wants to give me my very own switchblade...anyone who can abandon themselves to a good time, or shred a dance floor. You drink Jameson? I drink Jameson too. You want to go on a roadtrip? Me too. A long one. If you think that Pirates of the Carribean is not only the best ride at Disneyland, but the best PLACE in the world, I can hang with you. If you love good food and have an adventurous palate, you like owls, or carnivorous plants, or you like to study or play with insects, or you like to celebrate Halloween at Easter time, or you like creepy dolls, the sound of breaking glass, the smell of gasoline, forensic science, or have witnessed the Monarch butterly migrations at Chincua Sanctuary and think that it was one of the most singularly moving things you have ever seen, then I will probably like you. One can never have too many friends, but I am a bit choosy...you must have morbid sensibilities in order to get along with me.

Suicide on me like a cheap suit...

So, I am out the other night, a mild evening of drinking, dancing, and general merrymaking. The evening was spiced up by an indecent proposal from a good friend of a "Story of the Eye" type. As we exi...

Totally apropos of nothing. (another import, written Dec 12th)

Also, there is a certain blog celebrity here, who shall go unnamed, who I have been corresponding a bit with. I read his blog sometimes, and in it he has this rant about relationships, or rather the g...

We all say we want Lloyd Dobler... (old entry imported from another "blog")

...and then it's the emotionally crippled untouchables with their bite me lips and long eyelashes, they are the ones who melt our panties clean off. Nothing makes me fall harder than when I know I can...

Two is the lonliest number since the number one...

(Subtitle: Ellipsis obsession) ...I feel like I live in that space...that "dot-dot-dot" place, in between what has happened, and what will. A trailing, fading ember of a fire, lost in the thoughts ...

My hands used to tell a story.

I used to look down on them with pride...cracked, blistered, callused, they showed all of the hard work I had put into those long days on the trapeze, the aerial hoop. They represented my dreams for t...

"Fear and Loathing" is such a perfect pairing of concepts/emotions. I constanly feel that I am in a state of fear and loathing lately. Don't get me wrong, I am excited and happy about so many things, ...

So I went on a date with Crispin Glover, once.

...he says to me that he exclusively listens to classical music because, "all lyrical forms of music represent proletariat, working class values," and before I can finish the question, "So, do you thi...
