About Me

MyGen Profile GeneratorAn actress, singer, and writer, I've been in the Los Angeles area for close to a decade now. It's mad and eclectic and teeming with creative energy. It's a place like no other, a place with something for everyone, a place where a person can be, think, dream whatever they want, and I can't imagine living anywhere else. I only wish it were closer to London and all of my UK-based friends!

I've recently discovered the joys of doing longform organic improv, and am currently studying and peforming at the Hothouse in North Hollywood as often as they'll let me. Come check it out sometime!

My Interests

Gods, *tons* of things interest me. Where to start? Well, I really dig the fantastical, particularly mythology and spirituality and the paranormal (just not the kitche kind). I love the idea that there is more to this life than we can detect with our five basic senses, although at the same time I’m highly skeptical of anyone who claims to know what that “more” is, exactly.

I love trivia, and I have been known to websurf tangentially for hours in pursuit of some niggling bit of information, to the point where I utterly fry my brain and have to have a lie down.

Oh, and in case it’s not apparent, I’m a raving Anglophile. Well, not “raving” perhaps, but I do quite like English things. One of my dreams is to one day be able to have homes both in Los Angeles and in England, and be able to travel between the two. Best of both worlds, and all that.

CURRENT RIDICULOUS PURSUIT: Attempting to cram every cool thing there is to do in Los Angeles into just six days.

I'd like to meet:

People with interests similar to mine who aren't arrogant or twitchy.
