Tickets will be mailed out on May 5th and all parties
should receive their tickets within 4 days. Also please make sure to keep your order number at the time of purchasing your ticket online.
Is there an age minimum for this event?
Yes. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter. No one under 21 will be admitted. Every attendee must have a valid photo ID & proof of DOB.
What is the dress code?
There is no formal dress code, however, each Pyramid Event sponsored party possesses a theme. On May 19th we be hosting Lancaster’s first true HEAVEN & HELL party. Those who wish to participate in theme related attire are welcome. Attendees not wishing to dress in theme related attire are expected to dress to impress. Impaired vision should make one appear to look better.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
The event is for adults only (over 21), and includes all you would expect of a top-notch event. So all attendees are required to bring is an up-to-date photo ID and a smile.
What is the layout of the event and seating arrangements?
This is a reception-style event encompassing the Lancaster Host Resorts Lampeter Room. Due to the size of this event, there are no reserved seats or tables, but there will be scattered, limited seating throughout the event area.
What is VIP treatment?
Due to the success of last year’s New Years Bash, we have decided to once again hold this spectacular event at the same venue, but to include full open bar consisting of top shelf beverages. You should not have to travel to NYC or DC to get VIP treatment like this...
What is the typical makeup of attendees?
The event typically attracts a mid-20's to early 30's crowd. Everyone is at least 21 years old. People will be traveling in from around the country for this event, so the event has a nice diversity to it. For those that have attended Pyramid Events previously know what to expect and certainly keep coming back for more. You will not need any beer goggles at this event.
Important Information For Ticket Holders:
Event registration will begin at 4:00 PM in the Resort Lobby.
Anyone who purchased their tickets after 5/5/07 can receive their tickets at check in.
NO cans, coolers, backpacks, bottles, or large purses will be permitted into the event.
You must be at least 21 years of age to enter. Every attendee must have a valid photo ID.
There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances.
