I love Brad Arnold from 3 Doors Down. I love what he does for the less fortunate, the brave, and the heroes of this country and that makes him one of mine. Check out his foundation The Better Life Foundation at www.thebetterlifefoundation.org which funds several charities for Katrina Victims, Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity and many others. To find success and never forget who you are and where you came from speaks volumes about a person. He is also cool cause he's goofy (sorry,Brad you know it), he's talented beyond words and he's approachable. Just ask his peers and fans also known as his friends.

While I don't encourage gluttony either, I recognize and hope to educate as a Nurse and a woman that everyone can not be rail thin. A woman who is curvy naturally is way more beautiful and healthy than skin and bones achieved unnaturally. Life is too short to worry about EVERYTHING you eat all the time. Eat what you want, but in moderation. No one EVER got fat from eating "A" piece of cake or pie.
