But I'm just a hustla disguised as a rapper. In fact you can't fit this hustle inside of a rapper...

About Me

Born and raised in Syracuse, NY. Graduated from Howard University in 2004 with a Bachelor's in Computer Science. Currently President of Coalition Media, LLC , whose business entities include Audio Engineering (Signature Sounds), Web Design, Music Publishing (Coalition Media Artist Services), and various artist and business consulting services. Executive produced the School of Beats album last October, just wrapping up co-executive production of Laelo Hood's Water of Life album, also designed their websites in tandem with Mecca Design . My favorite (though often neglected) client is myself ;-)

Very fun loving, silly dude when I can afford to be. I associate laughter with oxygen, without either I wouldn't make it through the day. My main focus in life right now is optimization. I'm doing good, hell I'm doing great, but that's relative to others as opposed to my maximum potential. I'm trying to get as close to 100% of that potential as possible.

I'm proud to say that light skinned brothas are BACK! It's gonna take awhile to reach the masses, but trust me, hop on board while you can ;-)
Shak-C is alive and well BTW and is the primary driving force behind everything I do. I was never content with JUST music though, and I'd much rather OWN the companies that capitalize off my growth, you know? I have a track on Midway Games' NBA Ballers: Phenom which is out now on the PS2 and Xbox (actually got a nice lil check for that one). Currently in "the dungeon" working on three projects simultaneously... Stay tuned ;-)

October 18th!!!

Personally, I'm doing well. Focusing on attaining and maintaining my happiness (and my swag LOL) above and beyond what I want, or feel I should have at this point with those whom are in my life. If we ALL did that, and were HONEST about it, a lot of the bull shit wouldn't transpire... I have a good grasp of who I am as a man, and EXPECT any princesses (queens in TRAINING) in my life to MATCH that stature. I'm focusing on MY growth, and if I look to the left, and to the right, and folks don't grow WITH me, I guess it wasn't meant to be.

And I'm standing FIRM behind the comeback of light skinned dudes. New and improved, not those dainty, narcissitic cats from the 80's! If me and my brother Mec gotta do it BY OURSELVES, we WILL!

May 23rd!!!

Getting ready for an UGLY Fall. If everything goes as planned... Nevermind. You'll see...

I think the perception of those that know OF me is totally different than those who actually know me.

I have a wonderful Pops, Moms, and Sis, thus I have a clear understanding of what type of man I aspire to be, and what type of women I desire to be with.

I'm a quintessential Virgo.

I'm pro-growth to a fault. At times, I focus more energy on watering the plants around me than I do tending to my own garden. Not all plants bear fruit, so this occasionally becomes a problem.

I love Music, not just rhyming, not just the "Shak-C" part of it. The whole damn process.

If everyone who says and feels I'm actually GOOD at what I do supported via tangible ACTION, and copped the records I put out... Ohhhh the possibilities! Well, that's actually about YALL ;-)

Here's my music page! Take a listen, let me know what it is!
