About Me

Born in Mississippi, mainly raised in Finland, lived in New Orleans, North East England, London, and now Denmark. I pay my bills as a designer & with other projects. Everyday is 'Friday' for me, and there's always a reason to "celebrate". I love tattoos (Check out Spike on my friends, who's done an awesome job with my back!).

My Interests

I love colors! Tattoos, traveling, animal rights, veganism, raw foodism, FRUIT, art, good films, good conversations, my work, my avocado and orange trees...

I'd like to meet:

Friends friends friends ~ especially ones I already know, but it's always good to meet some NICE interesting people! :)

Music:

Electronic music of different kinds (as long as non-commercial). 60s and 70s music. Also rock, reggae, ska, opera, blues, jazz, indie ETC. Open minded with music, as long as non-commercial... TADAA!

Movies:

Mulholland Drive, Taxi Driver, Mangolia, V for Vendetta, Pii, Panic in Needlepark, Trainspotting, Requim for a dream, Quills, The Shining, Fastfood Nation, 21 Grams, Talk to her...ETC ETC.. I LOVE films! // Not into comedies too much for some reason. Like "heavier" films and films with some MESSAGE. Good directing is important as well as acting, and there also needs to be something VISUAL, like colors and settings. :)

Television:

TWIN PEAKS! I used to watch it with my sister Nina when it first came out ~ we LOVED it; truly the most fascinating TV series ever made! Other than that, I LOVE DOCUMENTARIES. Also sometimes different murder mysteries and (funny enough-) cooking programs are ok to watch. BUT, watch TV very SELDOM these days! (numbs the brain quickly)

Books:

Don't get to read as much as I'd like to, but the book that has had the biggest influence on me is "Soul's Journey". That book made me see things with different eyes. I'd also recommend "Fastfood Nation" and/or "Chew On This" to EVERYONE! Must-read in a lifetime! My all time favorite autobiographical novel has to be "ADDICT" by Stephen Smith; well written and such a mind-blowing story! Oh, and all the books by Hanif Kureishi!!

Heroes:

I am my own hero. I don't think anyone is above another person; we're all NEXT to each other ~ even though you can ofcourse have respect and appreciation for another person, but to look at someone as a 'hero' equals lowering yourself. // Think about it....?!
