My Interests

My general interests include Art and Illustration, Music, Meditation, Fashion, Photography, Eating well and sleeping soundly.

I am an Illustration Graduate, sometimes working in a book shop, drawing and painting when not in the shop, and constantly in awe of my newborn nephew (new life is amazing).

The Wonderful Epoch Times newspaper provides me with the subject matter of current issues and lets me decorate its pages and poke fun at politics!

Since summer 2002(ish) i have Practiced Falun Gong Meditation(also known as Falun Dafa). Falun Gong is an ancient practice for refining the body, mind and spirit. It teaches Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance as the guiding principles and includes qigong exercises and meditation. Falun Gong continually rescues my body and mind from unfitness, and has provided me with insight into things i never even touched upon before.

There is an illegal persecution of Falun Gong happening in China. At least 3000 practitioners have been tortured to death by the Communist Party, with hundreds of thousands in forced labour camps. PLEASE help to stop the persecution....visit www.fofg.org and sign the petition!
