MR.JComing up on the rough westside of Chicago, there was a lot of talent on the underground scene which gave me a lot of confidence. Seeing the same people from my hood on T.V doing videos, and on the radio, It caused me to grind harder. I played percussion for three years in H.S., and been rapping since eleven. It wasn't until 98 when my father saw my dedication and hunger, and gave birth to our label Heavens Records. We released three albums with Windy City VOl.2 being the most succesful to date. I performed on the same stage as a lot of Chicago's heavyweights, and performed in many states. I am the face of the label now and failure is not an option. My ambition is to network with any hungry artist, and expand my production credits. This is for the fans, to keep yall calm, til I KNOCK THEM DOORS DOWN NEXT TIME AROUND!$!
