Welcome to our Rammstein Community! We are a nonofficial fan site which hosts the Rammstein’s Angels Army™. The two hosts of this site are Fatima and Nadia from Boston, MA. Fatima is a sophomore at Suffolk University majoring in Global Business and minoring in German. Nadia is a student at the John D. O'Bryant High School. She is planning on attending Bridgewater State University where she will double major in Aviation Science and German. We also want to thank Kari for her contributions as our site’s graphic designer. Without her, we don’t know where we’d be, so thank you Kari! =)
We decided to create this site because we love Rammstein to death! They are by far the greatest band that stepped on the face of this planet. As much as we love them, we also created this site so that it can become a real community for ALL Rammstein fans around the globe. This site is a place for us to meet other hardcore Rammstein fans as well as having you guys meet each other. On this site, we are providing music, videos, photographs, biographies, and any updated news about the band. We are always available if you have any questions regarding the band, or even personal questions. We will be happy to help out any fellow Rammsteiner! We are grateful to have known some of you already. As Rammstein continues to grow in success, our community shall also grow to accommodate that success.

However…we do NOT want people to come on here and talk trash and criticize the band. This is a FAN site where FANS come to show their appreciation for the band. There will be no cussing out the band members, accusing them of being Nazis or gay. If this does occur, we will have you blocked and reported. This is a friendly Rammstein site for their fans, NOT some shindig where some smartass can come into and talk trash. Also, let us make this clear that there will be no harassment amongst members here. If this does happen, we will be forced to take action.
If you want to friend request us, make sure you do it because you are a Rammstein fan. We will NOT add people who have 842745 friends and are just looking for another add. We will NOT add music sites who are also looking for more adds. Do NOT request us if you plan on spamming the page or even just advertising on our page. If this happens, you will be deleted.
We will try our hardest to get back to all you guys. If it takes us a few days, please pardon us. We work during the day and so it may take a while to get back to you guys. Also, as more people join the community, it might take a little longer than usual. However, please don't be discouraged to send us something if you have any questions. We'll be more than happy to answer any questions or concerns.
Finally, we just want all you guys to be happy with who you are and with Rammstein. They are indeed the best band ever and we are here to support them as much as we can. Rammstein is a German band that incorporates elements of metal/hard rock, industrial metal , and electronic music. The band is also widely accepted as part of the Neue Deutsche Härte-scene, alongside bands such as Oomph! and Die Krupps. Some critics have also dubbed their sound as Tanz-Metall (lit. "Dance metal"). Their songs are performed almost exclusively in German. Formed in 1994, they have sold over 12 million records worldwide. Rammstein's entire catalogue is published by Universal Music Group.
Despite lyrics that are in German, the band has enjoyed success outside of Germany, in Europe, North America, Mexico and South America, as well as Japan, India, Australia and New Zealand. With the album Reise, Reise (2004), they became the most successful German-language band of all time internationally. They have had several top ten singles in Europe.

Riedel, Schneider and Kruspe were the original founders of Rammstein, following an attempt by the latter to compose American-influenced music with a West Berlin band called Orgasm Death Gimmick. As Kruspe put it, "I realized it's really important to make music and make it fit with your language, which I didn't do in the past. I came back [to Germany] and said, 'It's time to make music that's really authentic.' I was starting a project called Rammstein to really try to make German music."
Rammstein has achieved particular fame (not to mention notoriety) for its hugely over-the-top stage show, using so many pyrotechnics that fans eventually coined the motto "Other bands play, Rammstein burns!" (a quip at Manowar's song "Kings of Metal", which states, "other bands play, Manowar kill").
The band's on-stage antics have included:
•Band members using head-mounted flamethrowers ("Lycopodium Masks", also called "Dragon Masks") while singing/playing (example: "Feuer frei!" video)
•Till Lindemann singing an entire song while on fire (example: "Rammstein" video); he now uses twin flamethrowers strapped to his arms
•Till Lindemann singing into a prop telephone that bursts into confetti (during the song Du Hast, but only during the Sehnsucht and Mutter tours)
•Christian "Flake" Lorenz being led by Till Lindemann in full bondage gear during stage performances of Bück dich.
•Exploding drumsticks, drums, microphones and boots
•Till Lindemann removing a large firecracker from his pants - which explodes, emitting sparks (during the song Das alte Leid)
•Rockets fired along cables strung above the audience
•Spark-shooting longbows, drumsticks, boots and guns
•Christian "Flake" Lorenz destroying a keyboard in the style of Nine Inch Nails and The Who
•Microphones, guitars and keyboards on fire
•Band members surfing the crowd in a rubber boat
•Christian "Flake" Lorenz driving around on a Segway HT during "Amerika".
•Till Lindemann doing a jig with fireworks in the front of his shoes, shooting sparks in front of him (Weißes Fleisch).
•Christian "Flake" Lorenz sitting in a large cooking pot, which Till Lindemann blasts with a flamethrower when Lorenz ducks. In the same sequence Lindemann chases Lorenz around the stage with a microphone built into a carving knife.
According to Kruspe, the on-stage wackiness is entirely deliberate (Rammstein's motto according to Schneider is: "Do your own thing. And overdo it!"). The aim is to get people's attention and have fun at the same time: "You have to understand that 99 percent of the people don't understand the lyrics, so you have to come up with something to keep the drama in the show. We have to do something. We like to have a show; we like to play with fire. We do have a sense of humor. We do laugh about it; we have fun... but we're not Spinal Tap. We take the music and the lyrics seriously. It's a combination of humor, theater and our East German culture, you know?"
