ambiguity, unexpected adventures in the surrealism of everyday life, twin peaks family, melbourne breakfast, the intermingling of style and substance, poetic licence/lying, fucking with people's minds, bundaberg ginger beer, iceland, russia, brazil, portugal, scotland, and now kosovo, researching personality disorders, education reform, generational equity, anarcho-pacifism, general feminism, diy/punk ethos, antisexualism, non-shallow face-to-face conversation, sleep deprivation, fresh and nicely roasted coffee, music being played live, urban geography, surrealist cinema, the sound of accordion and cello, riding bikes down hills at fast speeds, vinyl records (especially ones with special artwork/packaging), the astor, sbs, comix, zines, flamenco, getting the fuck out of here.
I think it's strange how people think being down-to-earth is an admirable characteristic. I'd prefer someone completely unrealistic. Someone with a real imagination. Those people are always more interesting. I'd prefer someone with their head truly in the clouds.
And more people situated in a relatively close proximity to me to make gig going more convenient, yes please!
And pragmatic teenage antisexuals to start an Orwell style junior anti-sex league, but this time we'll get it right.
And more males to speak to me on myspace. Of my last 50 comments (at the time of writing) only four have been from males. Pathetic. I don't think 92% of the people I talk to are female, so what's the deal?
But most of all, I'd like to meet a traveling companion. I really would. Main interests: Russia, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia + Iceland, Portugal/Spain, North Africa, Brazil, Japan, China. Please.
