Koen Lebens

Koen Lebens was born on the 14th of may, 1984. It was a beautiful, sunny day in the outskirts of Leiden and the people were laughing, dancing and barbecueing; their hearts were filled with joy. However, Koen entered the world and brought his musical talent with him. He started off with playing the drums: at first he produced his own tracks with a couple of buckets and some wooden sticks. Later on, when he started to develop his very own style, he bought his own drumkit. But, as Koen grew older, he got tired of playing the drums and turned to DJ-ing instead. At present Koen, 23 years old, has over the past few years developed his skills as an entertainer, performer, artist, producer, clown and manager. His style can best be described as an elegant mix of both minimal house and funky techno. Musik ist das Licht ihres Lebens. Jawohl!
