Kendall Hunter, a National Recording Artist, Songwriter and Producer, has a true gift and passion for the music ministry that touches and inspires the hearts and minds of the people who come into contact with him. Kendall's lyrical, compositional and vocal style is diverse- ranging from urban contemporary, neo soul and jazz, to traditional gospel and praise and worship. Kendall's sole desire is for God to be glorified through his life and music whenever he ministers to both the body of Christ and the lost.Kendall has served as a Minister of Music for the past 20 years both in the tri-county area of South Florida and, most recently in Atlanta, Georgia, where he presently resides. He is a devoted "Praise and Worship" leader as well as workshop facilitator, which is an area of expertise.Kendall's first opportunity to record in 1994 with the "Grandfather of Gospel Music" Reverend Clay Evans and the African American Religious Conference {AARC} Mass Choir leading the song "Trust in Jesus" (Savoy Records) was a great honor. Since then Kendall has recorded live with the 1999 Stellar Award winning "Choir of the Year," Miami Mass Choir, on their album entitled, "It’s Praying Time" (Savoy Records). Kendall led and wrote one of the smash singles entitled, "Be Encouraged". He also led and wrote, "Just To Worship You" and "Magnify Him" for the Miami Music Workshop Choir album entitled, "Jesus Is the Real Thing" (Tyscot Records). Just to Worship You is also featured on the Tyscot release, “This is Gospel Meditation”. Kendall also had the privilege of writing and leading, "He's Been Good" and the unprecedented song "I Shall Survive" on the Miami Mass Choir's year 2000 released album entitled “Just 4 U” (Savoy Records).Most recently Kendall was privileged to arrange and lead the old traditional song "Glory Glory" and write, "God Said It" on the Miami Mass Choir's latest new release entitled "God Will See You Through" (Majo Records). His experience includes in his sharing the stage with various Gospel Recording Artist such as: The Clark Sisters, Tonex, Dorothy Norwood, The late Rev. James Moore, Kim Burrell, Evangelist Beverly Crawford, Timothy Wright, The Georgia Mass Choir, Evangelist Dorinda Clark-Cole, Hezekiah Walker and The Love Fellowship Choir, The Canton Spirituals, and Yolanda Adams just to name a few.As a result of his dedication to the ministry and his continuous thirst to lead souls into worship through music, Kendall has performed at the following events: the Gospel Music Workshop of America, Bobby Jones Gospel Retreat, The Gulf War Bring the Troops Back Concert, African American Achievement Award, The NAACP Heritage Awards, many festivals, church conferences and concerts.Added to his accolades are numerous Achievement Awards from organizations and businesses.God is constantly opening doors for Kendall's music ministry as he continues to keep God first. The message in his music is clear: to inspire, to help save, to deliver, and to set free.

I remember when "T.T.K.".....Lashon Hayes (My adopted sister) ...Marvin Winans, the Winans, Commissioned, Clark sisters, Take 6, Stevie Wonder, my boy Kirk Franklin and my girl Kim Burrell... Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman, Jill Scott, Ella Fitzgerald... and too many more to name!Doug Carter, Marc Cooper, Melvin Dawson, Deborah Brown, the late Sean Baker, Wiley Grice, Walter Ross, The Woods, my high school music teacher, Dr. Brenda Brown and my Harmony Plus family from Dillard School of the Arts...My first community music outreach ensemble, YAC (Youth Alive Crusade), last, but not least, my beautiful wife, and Queen Dileesa Hunter, and my kids.And Special Thanks to: My amazing mother, the late Jaquelyn Hunter, for believing in me and supporting me so much so that I was able to be a responsible young man at an early age. She permitted me to obtain gainful employment as a Minister of Music at age 13 and to participate in talent shows and so many other events despite opposition from family and friends. If it weren't for you, I'm not sure that I would have been able to have what God has allowed me to accomplish in my music ministry. You were truly anointed to be my mother. I will always love you. I love you Holy Temple.Apostle Maxwell, for believing in me enough to give me my first Minister of Music job at age 13, and for pouring into me wisdom, character, and integrity.Marc and Joy Cooper (my peeps) from the Miami Mass Choir for giving me my first platform to be heard on a national level and for always embracing me and my musical talent and ministry.
