Denali was born Tim Marcoux March 24th 1982, the youngest of 3 in Manchester, NH he was introduced to rap music at the age of 7 by his older brother and was quickly entranced by the rough lyrics and smooth flows of such artists as NWA, Big Daddy Kane, Public Enemy, 2 Live Crew, Ice Cube, and more. By the age of 12 the same older brother introduced him to Dancehall Reggae from the crew of people he was now hanging with from the Virgin Islands listening to such artists as Cutty Ranks, Shabba Ranks, YellowMan, Super Cat, Merciless, Mad Cobra, NinjaMan, Spragga Benz, Buju Banton, Capelton, Beenie Man, Bounty Killer, and more than can be listed here. By age 13 Denali had began writing lyrics during class in junior high school. With the trouble of his family life and the poverty he was forced to live through it was easy for him to pick up on the style that he would one day turn into more than a hobby. At age 15 Denali met friend and fellow artist Joe Goddard aka Lord G who would years later introduce him to Konflikk and Meta 4 (then Scooby Boot Knocker). The 4 came together to form the group Saints Of The Darkside whos hard hitting lyrics and tight flows swept the granite state with countless shows and 2 albums (Underground 2002 and Fallen Opponents 2003). Since then Denali has done 3 Albums on his own (I Got This 2003, Nothing Comes Free 2006, and Cruzan Influence which is still in the finishing stages).By the age of 24 Denali tired of looking for a deal and eager to break into the business started H1 Productions recruiting Casino Gunz and Parrion. Now 26 and sharper and more polished than ever Denali continues to blaze the Dancehall and Hip Hop scenes with his sharp concepts and rough lyrical content and there are no signs of that stopping any time soon.I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)
