In December of '05, the music for DTrain was inspired by a meeting between Darnell White and John Moch. As the music grew, a collective decision was made to create a live presentation around the songs that Darnell was writing. For over a year, the band has been playing out to the Orlando, FL area with the help of Sam Allison on bass, and Jeff Tellmann on saxophone. DTrain is for everybody, cause the music is for everybody. So we've decided to bring you an all out party. Get down any way you wanna.

The effort resumed on the projected album. So far, some of the songs selected to go on the first release are: There You Are, Feel Alright, Didn't You Know, and Rain. There will be a host of familiar tracks that were written as we were performing last autumn. Thank you all for your support throughout the past year. We look forward to many more.

The new sound lab is an integration of warm analog equipment, and clean digital interfaces, that can provide a range of services for any audio/ video project. We are expecting to do the greatest portion of the DTrain record in the sound lab, and eventually move onto somewhere else to mix. The DTrain music will also be available thru Mockwhite Music, and you can get the music direct.
