Gigs. Next few weeks going to see Bedouin soundclash, Underground heroes with rushhoursoul and sergeant, Grace Emilys, Trojan records night at reading rooms, the view at the caird hall and a surprise birthday gig in glasgow ( just found out its the enemy).Cheers bro. Chillies at hampden should be awesome too. Most important though is ma mate robbies first gig with new lineup with the daze. Fitba; long time fan of of Dundee United, used to call myself a supporter, but can no longer say that as i have only been to one game in a year and a half and that was pish. Music; see muso section. Also in the slow process of researching to write a book. Apparently we all have one in us.

Among the dead, I would love to have had the chance to meet Spike Milligan and John Peel. Among the almost alive are Sean Ryder and Shane Mcgowan. As for those I might have a chance of a legible conversation with are the writers of shameless/skins, Terry Pratchett and John Malkovich. Would also like to meet Bush and Blair just to get an idea of what the buggery goes on in their heads.

No better buzz in the world than a gig or the first listen to an new album/band. Early bands were Deep Purple and Thin Lizzy. Next phase of bands were The Specials, Bad Manners and Madness. Got abit dull for a while until Mondays and Roses and Acid House came around. Big bands for me are all a bit predictable; Muse, The Scream and Radiohead. More recent additions are The View- well eh am fae Dundee- the Klaxons and the rise are meh tip fir the yop.. Carter are also superb. Bedouin Soundclash are absolutely awesome, check them out live. Good to see the rest of the world noticing Tenacious D at last. However Alabama 3 are still a treat that most off you have not clocked yet.

Pretty much anythihg. From Clive Barker to Doestoevsky, from Terry Pratchett To Joseph Heller, from Frank Herbert to Ben Elton. Currently reading Besties autobiography.
Not really into the hero worship thing, but there are a couple of exeptions;- John Peel, Paul Sturrock and Matt fae Muse.
