At a young age Kash truly found out about his passion for music. Born and raised in Crawley, the 15 year old set out to make a mark in the music industry.Mcing on radio stations is where it all began, and this is where he got the respect he needed to progress to the next phase. Kash later joined a group called D.T.A the young artists set out to record their first mix C-D which was released at the age of 17, DTA then started performing alongside many UK acts, which began to get the youngsters noticed.Progressing to his later teens, his understanding of reality and real life became stronger and he wanted to put his thoughts into words. He then started expressing his views on these issues lyrically through his own tracks. This became a common habit with all the members of the group which lead to the group splitting up and going solo.After months of been in the studio and studying other artists, he began to find his own unique style. Working part time he saved up enough to release his solo mix CD (The Product) which was released in March 2007. As well as building his career at university in product design and working part time, he still managed to find the time to spread his music and won best track of the week (‘My Whole Life’) on London’s Radio Station Club Asia.Background Music produced by an American Student studying at the same university spotted the young UK artist and in an instant, they started calibrating with one another. This resulted in the release of Kash’s second mix CD (I’m Doin It) due to be released during January 2008. The nineteen year old is aiming for great success.
