The first pressing of the DVD came complete with a simulated leather texture and red foil seal DVD sleeve. In North America, this special limited edition packaging was only available with the first pressing of 35,000 units which SOLD OUT in the first week alone. Many stores have been selling out of the DVD faster than they can stock it! If you missed the special edition DVD sleeve, not to worry, the DVD itself comes complete with all of the same content found in the specially packaged limited edition.
