Em meados de dezembro de 2003 Dickbäuchig iniciou algumas gravações de suas composições, mas não tinha o intuito de formar uma banda. Após algum tempo a SCHWARZWALD foi oficialmente fundada apenas por Dickbäuchig, onde tinha a intenção de formar uma “one-man-bandâ€, pela liberdade que teria em suas composições e idéias.
Em meados de dezembro de 2006 o primeiro MCD intitulado "Ehre Der Großen Krieger†foi oficialmente lançado pela Hass Records, contendo 5 composições com duração de 24 minutos onde sua primeira edição está limitada em 200 cópias numeradas a mão. Trata-se de um Raw Black Metal abordando temas como Honra, Ódio e Guerra.

In December 2003 Dickbäuchig started some recordings of his songs, but he had no intention on creating a band. After a while SCHWARZWALD was officially created by – and only – Dickbäuchig, with the intention to create an “one-man-bandâ€, for the freedom he would have composing and with his ideas.
In September 2006 the first MCD entitled “Ehre Der Großen Krieger†was officially released by Hass Records, with 5 tracks, 24 minutes lenght, and it’s first edition is limited in 200 copies hand numbered. Raw Black Metal style with subjects like Honor, Hatred and War.
