Marcos A. Sanchez is Lamat and is considered as part of the New-gen Psytrance artists of Mexico. He started his musical career as a guitarist in various Metal and Rock bands where he stood out for composing his own music. After studying music theory in very prestigious schools in Mexico, he was introduced to the magical world of electronic music, more specifically Psytrance, and migrated to Mexico City to study Audio engineering. Lamat..s sound is a dynamic blend of colourful melodies and sturdy basslines that work wonders on the dancefloor. He also forms part of the live act FFT alongside Dj Stalker. The quality of his music has brought him to play in some of Mexico’s most important parties and abroad in renowned parties such as the FullMoon Festival in Germany, Rhythms of peace in Morroco, Belaluna Festival in Switzerland, T.P.E festival in Japan, etc. And he had played in many countries around the globe: Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, England, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Morroco, Japan.Now he became the representant, producer and manager of AP Records in Mexico, and he is forming a crew or artist there. He is compiling a new v.a cd for AP Records "Psycho Navigation Systems" where he is going to present the new upcoming artist of AP "Frenessy" and more of the future crew of AP Mexico. En el año 1992 Marcos A. Sánchez comenzó a tomar clases de música y guitarra en las reconocidas academias de música: Conservatorio de las Rosas de Morelia Michoacan, y bellas Artes donde elevó su nivel musical. Formó parte de bandas de rock y Metal, con las cuales sobresalió por tocar música propia, pero fue hasta 2002 que se adentró en el mágico mundo del psytrance y la alta tecnología. Su sonido es una mezcla dinámica de coloridas melodías y finas líneas de bajo. También forma parte del acto en vivo FFT junto a Dj Stalker. Su música de alta calidad lo ha llevado a tocar a muchas de las fiestas más memorables de México y al extranjero a fiestas como el reconocido FullMoon de Alemania.
