About Me

OUTCAST REJECTS are two guys from Pinellas Park, FL. They met over 10yrs. ago but just started recording together in 06'. Steve is the hard hitting drummer from the Metal World who is too bald and too old to be in a real band, he'll still kick your ass though! Sam is the string breaking Guitar and Bass Player who has the pretty boy rockstar face, but is still too fat to be in a real band, he is currently on a diet...Thats why they are OUTCAST REJECTS! With the help from Joe "Head" Buscema from their brother band Smackhead on lead vocals and the need for a shredding lead guitar player for their famous solo's, they dug up Steve's old guitar player (Dave "The Shredder" Mbiad) from his thrash metal days in the band Bludgeon. This has rounded out the complete sound of the OUTCAST REJECTS! Their goal is to make this their day jobs and create great hard rocking tunes that represents a hard working and hard rocking generation!

REVIEWS FOR "NOT THIS TIME"

Outcast Rejects!

An excellent call to arms, a rallying cry of pure metal. The pounding beat of this song synchronizes with the pumping of my fist and the periodic shouts I am compelled to issue. It's arranged nicely, the bridge breakdown offering the perfect counterpoint to the unstoppable step of the verse. An audio onslaught such as this demands respect. - theurbansexlegends from Portland, Oregon on 19Dec2007

Dig the distortion

Hey I really dig the distortion very cool from the get go I like the bands overall sound some cool tom work for sure and the lead is wild for sure. I am thinking you could trim this back to 4min to keep peoples attention the vox has that anthem quality I really like (ac/dc like) yeah this is a very strong track - cavanmanagement from King City, Ontario, Canada on 27Dec2007

Great arrangement

Very good songwriting guys. Three seperate parts that make sense. Drums are incredible in places, very cool "bass break", very cool rave-up for the guitar lead and an excellent lead once you get to it. Lyrics were mostly kind of hard to understand but what I could make out, they were appropriate for this kind of song. Tough with a hard delivery. Hook of "outcast rejects" does stick with you. Well done. - Spank111 from Kernersville, North Carolina on 29Dec2007

REVIEWS FOR "BREAKDOWN"

hey

"bitch" that was sweet. you sounded so disgusted. makes the listener stop in his track and think "was he talkin to me?" song is good. had a real good feel to it. rhythm guitar and drums synced up perfectly both had a good sound in the mix. i just want to know what you did to make that sound in the beginning and in the end. - protonicspin from Springfield, Missouri on 25Jan2007

Snap

Loved the heavy guitar riff that takes the song on a rollercoater ride! Vocals come in and remind me of John Bush from Anthrax. The drums were a little poppy, but the overall vibe of the song was killer. Breakdown was solid and gave the song more flare. Guitars definately make the song. the production is lacking a bit and I guarantee with a more solid production, this single wouldn't leave my cd player. Great song! - DixieNormas from Colorado Springs, Colorado on 26Jan2007

Rock, Rock, Rock

Driving guitars with a singer whose voice fits the hard rock mold. Kind of the depressing lyrics like a lot of heavy rock music. The bridge works well with this song. The drums and rythym guitar propel the song along. - BlackAngelBand from Montecito, California on 28Jan2007

REVIEWS FOR "WATCHING YOU"

good sound

this song has a good groove! i like the guitars and the vocals. the mix is good too! - jdfosse1 from Orlando, Florida on 15Apr2007

good use of effects

good use of effects with guitars and vocals. Strong intro. Kind of an old school metal feel to it. - heinousdwayne from Northlake, Illinois on 20Apr2007

boom boom

Like that boom boom beat, man. The droning beat puts you in a sort of a trance. Vocals put the mind control on you hard. This is pretty deep if you really analyze it. At face value, there's nothing spectacular, but listen close and you'll get the point. - bb67 from Louisville, Ohio on 25Apr2007
