WELCOME to my universe. I created this page to share songs I've recorded live with SWEET POTATO PIE and also on my own just goofing off, but they were all created with love for music. "Compared to What" and "Neighbor" are the live "PIE" recordings. Why don't you mosey over to our SWEET POTATO PIE band page. I tried to make the "Them There Eyes" recording sound like an old record. It's a Billie tune. I'm writing new songs and will introduce them one day soon I hope. I'm not a pro guitarist, but I'm trying to hone my skills. My talented husband RICH SEGURA plays guitar in our band as well as other bands like Sarah Fox & Joel Guzman and also down in Corpus Christi with Atomic Blues Farm to name two. Richard will be playing with the ABF at Doctor Rockit's on Thursday nights in July and September. Drop in for a show and tell them Dawn Marie sent ya. Anyway, enough about rock star guitarists, they get all the glory. Hee hee. JK. I'm mainly a vocalist, but now and then I like to pick up a guitar, drumsticks, or even play a little tune on the harmonica. Heck, I'll even pick up a paintbrush and go to town if you let me. I also do calligraphy. Give me a shout if you need a serious vocalist to make those dancing fools shake a tail feather or even a studio recording and ESPECIALLY for live gigs with SWEET POTATO PIE !
