Well, about me: I am a soon-to-be divorced mother of two adorable children. I know that might not be exactly what you wanted to hear (or see) but that's not all there is to me. I am going to school to be a registered nurse because I have always wanted to do something that would benefit others, and what better way than to help save lives?
Some of the things I enjoy are playing music (on the radio, that is!) and dancing with my kids, who are one and two, reading books, watching movies and some TV shows (Law and Order, The O.C., The Simpsons and Veronica Mars to name a few). I also like to hang out with friends and spend time with family, but the majority of my life is consumed by my kids and school. Anyone interested in me would have to be ok with that. I'm kinda hoping that if you like me, then you also like kids. It's not that I wouldn't have any alone time for anyone else, but my kids come first.
I'm really looking for someone to just hang out and be friends with for right now. I'm not trying to jump into a relationship because, as previously mentioned, it wasn't all that long ago that I got out of one. If after a while we become more than friends, then that's cool, but if not, that's fine too. I'm just hoping to meet an honest guy who genuinely cares about whatever friendship there may be. I would like to put a gerenal age requirement/limit because I'm not trying to meet anybody waaay above or below my comfort zone. I would definitely have to say that the guy has to be at least 25 and no older than 28 or 29. I feel like the men in that age range probably have about the same kind of mentality and the same maturity level as me. I know I mentioned above that I have kids, but I don't want to meet a guy that I could end up having to take care of in the same way as I do for my kids. I mean, yes, I consider myself a kid at heart in the way that I love playing with my kids and laughing at silly things, but I don't consider myself "child-like" and I do not have any interest in "child-like" adults. I find them to be a little creepy, actually. It's like the Michael Jackson syndrome, or something. I can't stand fake people either, don't even waste my time if you are one of those guys. I just want to meet someone who is kind, fun, smart and who has good morals. That's pretty much it! Oh, and a little something on the side: if you have an accent, I will totally melt. I absolutely love accents! English, Spanish, French- you name it, I love it. Just thought I'd throw that in there! My kids are adorable, I know. My son, Luke, is adventurous and loving. My daughter, Hailey, is sweet and playful. It's hard not to fall in love with them. Ok, I'm out!
