QRT has been together for a very long time! since 1980, this band knows the meaning of the word 'CLASSIC' ! While their main forte is PROGRESSIVE ROCK, it can play Rock like you've never heard & never will again! QRT over the years featured various ladys in the amazing music scene in NYC. Including Miss Jan Cleary on GTR, Miss Jenny Hurwitz on bass, Miss D on XTRA drums, Miss LA on keyboards, Led by the WIZARD of ROZ on DRUMS, Guitar & lead vocals, she is the Graeme Edge, Chris Squire, Tony Banks, JY, Robert Fripp of this band. Meaning she's the only consistant member to have been there since the beginning of all the shuffles.... "Ladys can do no wrong in switching, they can only get better....it's dudes that suck at that!" ...as Miss Wiz has quoted. Although QRT has never had its permanent hold on the industry. The current line-up is destined to change all of that in moments. Their goal is to keep advventurous music alive & fun & hope that more ladys will discover this music is not only much more interesting to play but fun as well. "We will certainly NEVER be boring, I promise you " says the great WIZ. There may be another band out there with the QRT name but there is only one QRT.....& believe me no one will ever mistake these Ladys for anyone else, the secret of the equivical name has yet to be discovered, but it certainly is NOT her name. But it will come out eventually. Meanwhile bask in the glory that is QRT QRT QRT QRT QRT QRT QRT !! [While the meaning below is NOT what QRT really means it pretty much sums it up!]
