This class is open to all women, NO FIGHTING OR KRAV MAGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED. The class starts October 12th and will be held on Fridays at 5:45pm. Headgear, mouthpiece, 12-16 oz. boxing gloves, and shin guards are required. Speak to one of our staff or Jarrett A. for more info.
